SMART began in 2004 as the Administration Round Table of the Oklahoma Library Association. Periodically, we have issued some management tips and tricks over e-mail to our members called either "SMART Notes" or "SMART Tips" as a value-added service. Now we are putting these together in a new bi-annual 2-page newsletter for SMART members called SMART TIPS. If you are a SMART member and you want to contribute to the newsletter, just send your information by e-mail to the Chair for inclusion in the next issue.
