OLA – SRRT
Meeting, July 14, 2011
Downtown Metro
Present: Tera McAmis, Nancy Littlejohn, Kelly Riha, Lee Webb.
1. Budget – Tera has submitted the budget for the coming year.
2. Fall Workshop – Serving people with Different Abilities. Rework proposal from previous submission to spring 2010 conference. Investigate speaker Kathie Snow for a fall workshop on November 10 or 14. If this doesn’t work, schedule workshop on October 11. Schedule in MidWest City.
3. OLA conference spring 2012 program – Continue topic of Different Abilities – either Kathie Snow or Tera’s presentation.
4. Ruth Brown Application – Tera re-worked the old application. Discussion and changes.
Deadline – January 31, 2012, Decide at February or March meeting. Conference is in Norman, March 28-30, 2012.
5. Webmaster/PR – need someone in SRRT to do this work!
6. Next meeting –virtual – August 11, 2:30 p.m. Tera will send instructions.
