Criteria
This award may be granted to a vendor who has longevity in participation at Oklahoma Library Association conferences, made significant contributions to the support of the association, and provided an outstanding level of service and support to Oklahoma libraries.
The Awards Committee will consider the length and breadth of service provided by an individual or company to the Oklahoma Library Association and Oklahoma libraries. This award may not be given every year.

- OLA Award Nomination Application
- Please provide a letter of nomination that addresses the outstanding level of service to the Oklahoma Library Association and Oklahoma.
- Please submit two letters of support.
