Citizen's Recognition Award

Criteria

This award may be granted to individuals, groups or other non-library related organizations which have demonstrated a sound and special interest in libraries and library services on a state-wide level. They have given effective and important service to the advancement of libraries over a period of time.

The Awards Committee will consider length and breadth of commitment/service to the library/board/committee; impact on the community or organization; promotion of library services or projects; and any other information that demonstrates service "above and beyond" what is commonly experienced or demonstrated.
